Pretty Witty Cakes’ are widely recognised as the market leader in cake related classes and courses.  We run cupcake, cake, bread, cookie and food photography courses. We are told this by returning students who have compared our classes to others and told us we are in a different league.  We keep our classes small so you get personal and individual attention.

As we believe that having hands on experience is the best way to learn, ALL students have their own equipment including Kenwood professional mixers (both hand mixers and proper KM010 Titanium Chef stand mixers).  Our 40 foot kitchen has a baking area, a seated work area, a standing work area (where you can also opt to sit), a photography area and our after class shop where you can purchase cupcake, cake and bread equipment.  Unlike other courses, we also do all the washing up and tidying for you so you can just focus on learning and doing the fun bit and leave us to sort out the mess!

All of our tutors are experienced professionals with a wealth of experience behind them so you know you are learning from the best.

Manchester Classes

For Any Level

1. Cupcake Classes in Manchester/Cheshire.

Our classes take place in Crowborough on the Kent/East Sussex border although we visit Cheshire/Manchester a few times a year.

All our classes run from 10.15 to 4.30pm (5pm for the Chocolatier Class and the Big Cakes Class). The classes range in price from £135 to £250.  Manchester/Cheshire classes are the same price.

Our classes and courses are suitable for those with no experience and those with some intermediate experience.  If you do not think you are artistic, dont worry!  We will teach you everything you need to know.

All of our cupcake, cake, cookie and bread classes can be combined together to create a tailor made cupcake and cake (and bread) course perfect for your own needs.   You can attend the cupcake classes in any order to make up your own cupcake course.   To faciliate this, we try to ensure we run cupcake and cake classes on consecutive days at least once a month to make it easier for those of you who are travelling a distance (including from overseas) to attend several classes.  We can also supply you with a list of recommended hotels and B&Bs for Crowborough classes.    For more details of dates, see our online booking calendar.  If you have any questions prior to booking please feel free to email cupcakes@prettywittycakes.co.uk or call 07976 32 72 78.
