We are all about cupcakes, mini cakes, big cakes and bread. We teach you to make them in our world famous cupcake, big cake and bread classes and courses.  We have a  fantastic Online Tutorials membership site for those who live too far to travel to us.  We  also  sell the tools we use in our classes in the  online shop.

We bake all of our cupcakes and bread fresh on the day - and we also supply all materials you need in our classes.  You take home everything you make along with lots of top tips, guidance and detailed Fact Packs. And, we do all the washing up so you can concentrate on learning and let us clean up!
