A brilliant product with interchangeable wheels which allow you to cut sugar paste (fondant) or gum paste (florist paste) ribbons from 3mm to 50mm wide. There is a choice of plain or wavy lines and the option of creating a "stitched" edge effect too. The cutter comes complete with 4 cutting wheels, 2 stitch wheels, 2 large spacers and 2 small spacers. We use this handy little tool in many of our classes.
